Why Box Lacrosse? 

  • Box Lacrosse is an awesome way to meet new friends who also enjoy sports 
  • Lacrosse compliments the sports you may already play and make you better at them 
  • Lacrosse is totally fun! 
  • It’s INDOORS! Are you tired of bugs, rain and cold weather- lacrosse is always indoors and NEVER cancelled!! 
  • Oh... and we can do it better than boys! 

Required to bring: 

  • Helmet with a face cage (not optional - no bike helmets allowed); and 
  • In-door running shoes; 
  • Ringette/Hockey Gloves; 
  • Shoulder pads from hockey/ringette (if you have them)
