Why Lacrosse?
Lacrosse is the fastest game on two feet. It develops complete athletes.
What we build:
• Speed, agility, and coordination
• Decision-making under pressure
• Physical confidence and resilience
• Leadership and team communication
Why it works for female athletes:
• High engagement. More touches. More movement.
• Inclusive pathways from beginner to elite
• Supports multi-sport schedules
• Builds confidence early and keeps athletes in sport longer
Did you know:
• Multi-sport female athletes show lower burnout rates
• Athletes who diversify sports improve long-term performance
• Lacrosse complements hockey, soccer, ringette, basketball, and field sports
Our focus: develop the person first, the player always.
