Fury Lacrosse 2026 Season Update

Hi Fury Families,

As we move into the final stretch before the season begins, we wanted to share key updates across the club.

Coaching Assignments

Coaching assignments are currently being finalized across all roles:

• Head Coaches
• Assistant Coaches
• Managers
• Treasurers
• Trainers

We appreciate everyone stepping forward and continuing certifications to support the future of lacrosse.

Pre-Season Practices

Pre-season sessions are now underway.

Each team will have two pre-season practices, which will be added to TeamRAMP by your team manager. CDLA has also released the game and season practice schedule.

Season Start Dates

• U13-U17: Week of April 13
• U9-U11: Week of April 20

We’re excited to see all teams take the floor.

Facility Locations & Travel

U13 to U17 are operating within a North and South regional structure based on registration numbers.  This means that some facilities may require further travel than desired depending on team placement and floor availability.

We understand that travel time can be frustrating. Please know:

• We are aware of this challenge
• Facility availability across Calgary remains limited
• We are working to continually improve this for our members

Roster adjustments will not be made to accommodate travel for the 2026 season.

Fury Select rosters have now been finalized. Check out each team for full details.

Thank you to all athletes who participated in tryouts. The depth of talent across our club continues to grow, and we’re proud of every athlete who stepped forward.

Apparel Update

2026 Season Approach

For this season, we will be offering two apparel options:

• Graphnix 
• B&P Cycle and Sports

This approach allows us to:

• Provide additional options for families moving forward

Further evaluation will take place post-season as we look ahead to future years.

Looking Ahead - Apparel (2027+)

We will be reviewing apparel through a formal RFP process ahead of next season to ensure the best long-term solution for our membership.

We are actively seeking sponsorship and partnership opportunities to continue growing female lacrosse in our community.
