All sessions are held at the Calgary Soccer Centre.
These sessions are FREE, a lacrosse coach and lacrosse sticks are provided for the session.
Lacrosse compliments the sports your daughter may already play (hockey, ringette, basketball) to improve skills and conditioning. These sessions are also a great team building/dryland opportunity for the entire team.
Please wear court/running shoes, a helmet with cage (lacrosse, hockey or ringette) and gloves (lacrosse, hockey or ringette).
