Fury Lacrosse is pleased to announce additional opportunities for its Midget membership.
We will be forming up to two All-Region showcase teams to compete against the best of our Northern Alberta neighbours at two unique Battle of Alberta events this season.
First, the Fury All-Region teams will participate in Alberta Lacrosse Association's (ALA) Midget Showcase the weekend of May 18/19th.
Second, a return to Calgary the weekend of June 15/16th will see these same teams vying for province-wide bragging rights.
All midget players registered with Fury Lacrosse for the 2019 box season are welcome to try-out for this unique opportunity! If you are not already registered to play this season, register here!
All-Region team selection will be based on try-outs to be held April 14th (time to be confirmed).
There is no cost to try-out however there is a cost of $150 if your player is selected. This fee includes ALA registration fees, floor times for all 6 games and 2 practices per team, as well as a custom special edition All-Region team jersey to keep. Travel costs for players are not included.
Registrants must bring a cheque covering the $150 fee to try-outs on April 14th. These will be cashed immediately if your player is selected.
